Yesterday, the North Strand Coastal Wind Team made their rounds on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC seeking support for its small wind initiative and educating their legislators on the North Strand’s role in wind energy. We received a lot of encouragement and look forward to expanding the City of North Myrtle Beach’s role in public education and development of a community-based wind energy program in SC.
