The Vision of the North Strand Coastal Wind Team is to establish a community-based wind energy program and sustainable energy plan in the City of North Myrtle Beach in collaboration with the city and other strategic partners.   North Myrtle Beach will serve as a demonstration city in building the local economy and developing energy independence.
